I think au naturel should be your default look from now on. Just focus on shoes, jewelery and makeup - you don't really need anything else :). Also, regarding your new nipple rings. Try to experiment with different jewelery styles - large hoops would look amazingly, I bet. Maybe even the size of your bracelet rings (visible on previous photo), or even as ridiculously large as your earrings :).
